The Technion Society of the Netherlands is promoting education, science and technology by providing critical support to the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology, ranked among the world's leading science and technology universities. From the 2nd of April 2008, the foundation is the Dutch chapter of the world-wide "Friends of the Technion".
The Technion Society of the Netherlands plans to offer a full program of events, seminars and networking sessions with Israel's premier scientific, educational, and business leaders, along with a variety of ways to support the Technion. These range from endowing and naming buildings, laboratories, and academic chairs in the Technion's 18 academic faculties to more modest but equally vital support for scholarships.
